ONLINE FEE PAYMENTS - TERMS & CONDITIONS (MRV Fee Payment Guidlines)
The online payment system provided by MET RISHIKUL VIDYALAYA (MRV) maybe updated from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

Do note that the option to pay by DD is available to parents who are unable to make online payments.
  1. Online Fee Payment :
    1. All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees and all payments made against the School fees by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees. The School Management reserves the right to amend the fees at any time. The school fees are to be paid in advance of every quarter on or before the schedule dates.

      Please ensure payment as per dates indicated in the handbook to avoid late fee charges which are Rs. 100/- per week i.e. (Monday to Sunday). Post due dates, the entire amount will have to be paid via DD. In case of any further delay in payment, the management reserves the right to de-enrol the student or levy any other penalty it deems fit.
    2. Your payment will normally reach MRV account within two working days. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct MRV account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect student details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card service provider for any reason.

      If the card service provider declines payment MRV is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card service provider that payment has been deducted from your account.

      In no event will MRV be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
    3. At the time of NEW admission, the first instalment is payable by DD along with the REFRESHER FEE & SECURITY DEPOSIT (which is interest free).
    4. Online payment charges (which may vary with every mode of payment or bank) levied by the bank or any payment gateway will be borne by the parents.
    5. Once paid, fees for a candidate are non-transferable.
  2. If admission is cancelled midterm, no dues should be left pending. The school reserves the right to issue the School Leaving Certificate only after full and complete settlement of outstanding dues. Application for withdrawal must be submitted to the office by 28th February of each academic year.
  3. In case of withdrawal, fees for the quarter in which the student has attended school will be charged. Advance if paid for any other quarter(s) & the security deposit (if paid at the time of admission) will be refunded (WITHOUT INTEREST). Any advances paid for third party services will be refunded with a 10% cancellation charge, only if the withdrawal is in the first month of the academic year. All the refund amounts will be paid via cheque drawn in favour of the student or the parent only.
  4. The Security Deposit is adjustable against damage or loss of Library books, laboratory equipment, school equipment, or any other school assets. The security deposit (if paid at time of admission) will be refunded at the time of withdrawal or on completion of Grade 10 in MRV.
